Massage Therapy is the manual manipulation of soft tissues to promote restoration, healing and well-being. Often thought of as a luxury treatment, today Massage Therapy is used for the treatment of muscle imbalances, chronic pain and inflammation, injuries and many medical conditions. Massage safely and effectively works alongside other healthcare professionals in a holistic approach. Techniques commonly used at our clinic achieve optimum wellness and success from each massage: Traditional Swedish massage, Deep tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Frictioning, Joint mobilization and Passive stretching. Applications of a variety of techniques are used to positively affect the soft tissues and joints of the body. Essentially each session is customized for you, the patient. We have RMTs that specialize in chronic pain and injury, prenatal, deep tissue, cupping and Craniosacral therapies.
