Krystin graduated with a diploma in Massage Therapy from MacEwan University in 2017 and is a member of the Massage Therapist Association of Alberta (MTAA). She practices a combination of classic Swedish relaxation, therapeutic massage, as well as using myofascial cupping and deep tissue work where needed. She first considered massage therapy as a profession when searching for a career that focuses on working with people in a one-on-one setting. She is compassionate in her work and feels fulfilled when helping others.
Believing massage therapy helps with not only the body, but also the mind, Krystin aims to help alleviate pain associated with daily wear and tear on the body, while addressing the toll that stress can take on an individual. Striving to tailor the treatment to suit your specific problem areas, Krystin aims to leave you with an overall sense of relaxation and well-being. Self-care is an important part of your health, and Krystin looks forward to helping you work toward your wellness goals.
