Service Policies
Payment for Services Policy- Payment is required after receiving any of our wellness services. We accept cash, debit, visa, mastercard and offer direct billing to many insurance companies.
Direct Billing Policy- we offer Direct Billing services for certain Extended Health Benefit Providers only. The Benefit Plan card must be presented each and every time to Direct Bill Massage Therapy Services. Sometimes this service may be unavailable, the client is then expected to pay the full fee for their appointment.
No Show Policy- if a client does not show up for their scheduled appointment, the client will be charged the full fee of the appointment they have booked and missed.
Late Cancel Policy- if a client cancels with less than 24 hours notice, the client may be subject to pay the full fee of the appointment they have booked.
Cancellation Policy- 24 hours notice is required to cancel a scheduled appointment. This can be done by logging in to the clients` account on our website, phoning or emailing the clinic.
