Natalie Mills, BA, RMTNatalie has been an RMT since 2006 and is a recent psychology degree graduate. Dynamic movement is an ongoing interest of hers and her at-home yoga practice has fuelled her understanding of how the body moves for most of the 17 years she’s been in practice. She uses dynamic myofascial cupping techniques when necessary, is great at finding trigger points, and values massage therapy as an important modality in treating musculoskeletal issues… but not the only one. She tends to work on the deeper side of things for those with chronic pain and tension, and very much enjoys working with pre and post natal clients.
On a personal note, she is a lover of all things nature: she hikes in the summer, snowboards during the winter, and walks the river valley all year round. Her indoor plant population grows annually and you’ll often find her gifting small plant propagations. She has just finished a BA in Psychology and has future plans for incorporating a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology with her bodywork experience. |
