Julie was born and raised in Ireland and moved to Canada in 2014. With over a decade of experience in the spa industry, her passion for Massage Therapy was ignited, leading to her pursuit of a diploma in Advanced Clinical Massage. Driven by a desire to deepen her anatomical/physiological knowledge, Julie is dedicated to understanding the body’s response to Massage Therapy. She has personally experienced the benefits of this holistic treatment modality, including pain relief, increased flexibility, relaxation, and injury prevention, and is eager to help others achieve optimum health and wellness.
Julie is currently in the second year of her program at MaKami College where she is committed to learning, growing & perfecting her skills. She is an Associate member of the Certified Registered Massage Therapist Association and meets the 1250-hour education requirement for practice in Alberta.
In her spare time, you will find her anywhere outdoors, usually with her kids & husband! She loves to keep active and enjoys paddle boarding and cycling in the summer, and skiing in the winter.
