Ray has been in the health and fitness industry for 13 years following 4 years playing division 1 and semi-professional baseball. After suffering injuries that ended his sports career he decided to dive into the world of human performance and understanding the human condition. Ray takes an integrative approach to health by utilizing his knowledge in Osteopathy, Movement and Nutrition.
After Graduating with a Degree in Exercise Science in 2013, Ray became a strength and conditioning specialist where he worked with youth/pro athletes and emergency personnel. After years of training people, Ray completed a Holistic Nutrition Diploma with a special focus in Cellular health and received his diploma in Manual Osteopathy in 2017. Over the years Ray has obtained over a dozen credentials in performance, biomechanics, Nutrition, Cell analysis, Therapy, Neuroscience and more.
Ray has used this extensive background to work with and treat individuals with a multitude of injuries ranging from back pain, soft tissue injuries, neurological issues, concussions, autoimmune conditions and more. Ray focuses on improving the mind-body connection and improving functional movement patterns.
In his spare time Ray is researching different areas of human health, exploring nature, being a foodie or spending time with his wife, 2 kids and 2 dogs.
